This role could be your perfect fit.The Role:As an Associate Civil Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in both project management and business development. You'll lead multidisciplinary teams, manage key client relationships, oversee high-quality technical delivery, and mentor engineers at various stages of their careers.Responsibilities:Lead the delivery of complex civil engineering projects across multiple sectorsOversee detailed design of infrastructure, drainage, and highway schemesManage and develop client relationships, ensuring a high standard of serviceLine-manage and mentor junior and mid-level engineers, fostering growth and accountabilitySupport business development and contribute to proposals and bidsWork closely with directors to support the strategic growth of the Civils divisionProject Sectors Include:CommercialHealthcareResidentialConservation & HeritageInfrastructure and Urban RegenerationAbout the Company:This progressive consultancy was established with the goal of delivering engineering solutions the right way, prioritising quality, client relationships, and technical excellence.
