About The Role As a Teacher, you will deliver structured lessons, enforce clear routines, and use a confident, no‑nonsense teaching style to keep pupils focused, disciplined, and progressing. You’ll drive learning through direct instruction, firm expectations, and practical strategies that build independence and resilience. Key Responsibilities Structured Teaching: Deliver planned lessons, adapted resources, and targeted interventions. Classroom Leadership: Maintain clear routines, apply behaviour frameworks, and ensure consistent task completion. Behaviour Regulation: Use firm, steady strategies to strengthen self‑control, focus, and discipline. Performance Tracking: Monitor academic and behavioural progress and provide clear updates to senior staff. Professional Coordination: Work efficiently with support staff, leaders, and external services to uphold aligned standards. To Succeed As a Teacher Experience in teaching, SEN, SEMH, or structured learning environments. A controlled, organised approach with strong presence and direct communication. Confidence leading classes and managing behaviour with clarity and authority. Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to act quickly and logically under pressure.
