Responsibilities Support the delivery of Global Proxy Services as part of a specialized team within Global Market Operations. Execute proxy voting across Global markets and handle client queries. Manage meeting setups, source materials, and monitor events on the Broadridge platform to meet SLA deadlines. Handle ad-hoc requests and communicate with issuers via phone and email. Communicate effectively across global teams and build strong relationships with issuers, vote agents, and internal stakeholders. Work efficiently under pressure, applying strong planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Demonstrate self-motivation, attention to detail, and a commitment to high client satisfaction. Preferred Qualifications Educated to A Level standard or equivalent International Baccalaureate. Several years of experience within an operational role in the financial services industry or a commercial environment. A financial services qualification is desired but not essential. Skills & Competencies Strong operational expertise with a sharp eye for detail and a commitment to delivering results. Advanced Excel skills, with proficiency in data analysis and reporting. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and external partners. Proven ability to perform under pressure, managing high volumes and tight deadlines with composure and efficiency.
