About the Commercial Account Executive role You will be part of the Commercial team, responsible for the account handling of commercial lines customers with risks ranging from Property Owners and Commercial Combined. With the help of the senior management team you will look to identify opportunities to grow your existing book through offering relevant cross sales and referral leads. Key objectives & responsibilities Responsible for growing our commercial clients through new business / arranging policies for new clients Providing an outstanding service by seeking to understand our client’s business operations, opportunities and risks Handling renewals, mid-term adjustments and new business Liaise with Underwriters to help secure the best rates for our client’s Organise daily work to ensure compliance is met at all times About you As our Commercial Account Executive, you’ll have the ability and drive to work towards and exceed targets in a focused and successful team, striving to provide outstanding service to our clients. You’ll be the type of person who is keen to learn, develop and advance your insurance career with the support of your team. You will have or be: Experience of selling and handling Property, Commercial Combined and/or Commercial Package insurance risks Experience of dealing with commercial clients Motivation and drive to achieve and exceed targets Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong customer service focus with the ability to build strong working relationships Organised with the ability to prioritise and manage your own time Attention to detail and proven ability to multi-task, updating relevant systems where necessary Rewards & Benefits Join us and enjoy a supportive culture with a range of rewards and benefits, including: Competitive salary with annual pay reviews and bonus scheme. 28 days annual leave, inclusive of bank holidays Auto-enrolment into a generous pension scheme.
