Investment Associate - Infrastructure Debt - North American Infrastructure Fund - LondonWe are working with a major North American private equity fund and one of the leading names in infrastructure investing. They focus on mid – big cap investments in the broad infrastructure space including transport, TMT infrastructure, energy and oil and gas.They are now looking to add an Associate to their infrastructure debt team.The role will work on the following:Origination of investments for the firmCarrying out an initial appraisal of investmentsStructuring of transactions alongside DirectorsManaging advisors as principalNegotiation of termsStructuring and preparing of documentsFull involvement through to completionThey are interested in meeting people who will have a background as follows:Infrastructure debt professionals from other fundsInvestment bankers with infrastructure advisory experienceLeveraged Finance professionalsInvestment bankersUnderstanding of debt structuring and financing highly relevantInfrastructure deal experience is essential for the roleSeniority levelAssociateEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionFinanceIndustriesVenture Capital and Private Equity Principals and Investment Management #J-18808-Ljbffr
