As second in command of our client’s 60+ Client Services and Care teams, you’ll drive quality and consistency across all aspects of their service. About the Role A deputy manager who will work closely with the Registered Manager to oversee day‑to‑day running of the Client Services department, line‑manage two office‑based supervisors and co‑manage a 60‑plus care team. Working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 7am–3pm or 10am–6pm in rotation, with regular paid out‑of‑hours cover. Main Duties And Responsibilities Provide passionate, inspirational leadership and serve as a role model. Manage, motivate and develop the care team in line with company values and the client’s code of conduct. Ensure delivery of a consistently reliable, premium quality service worthy of their Outstanding CQC rating. Conduct spot checks and audits; liaise with colleagues to produce regular KPI reports. Conduct new client assessments, oversee care planning and medication reviews; liaise with health professionals to maintain client wellbeing. Participate in training and development of team members, propose innovative training content and collaborate with HR to schedule sessions. Oversee Client Services processes to maintain a safe, efficient working environment, flexibly managing priorities and implementing policy changes as necessary. Participate in the out‑of‑hours team by covering shifts and providing immediate assistance as necessary. Required Exceptional communication, motivation and persuasion skills. Expertise in Microsoft Office. Strong organisational, prioritisation and delegation skills. Passion for facilitating staff development. Up‑to‑date DBS certificate. Valid UK driving licence and access to a car for work purposes. Previous managerial experience. Ongoing CPD available.
