You will carry out PPM and reactive maintenance, statutory compliance and general building maintenance tasks across a large estate of buildings. My client is looking for a Multi-skilled Mechanical Maintenance Engineer with experience in building services. Package Up to £45,000 22 days holiday plus bank holidays Overtime available Company pension Day-to-day duties Pumps, Motors, Seals, Bearings Emergency lighting Air Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning) Water Treatment (Temperature checks) Plumbing - Unblocking toilets, replace taps etc BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & Colds) Requirements Mechanical - City & Guilds Level 2 and 3 or Equivalent Unvented Qualified Client Facing Commercial Building Maintenance Experience #J-18808-Ljbffr
