Job Description The Key Lead is responsible for ensuring all customers receive a quality in‑store experience. They act as the Floor Supervisor, providing guidance and coaching to Brand Reps and Stock Associates to keep store operations running effectively. As part of the store leadership team, the Key Lead drives store performance on the floor through customer experience and collaboration toward daily sales goals. Responsibilities Opening and closing routine Product Knowledge & Brand Awareness Business Understanding Proactive Thinking Attention to Detail Register/Point of Sales use Asset Protection Visual Displays System Skills Work Schedule Requirements Schedule varies weekly but expect at least 16 hours per week. Required availability on Saturdays and Sundays as well as certain holidays. During peak timeframes, hours will increase to support business needs. Qualifications Education: High School Diploma / G.E.D. equivalent preferred. Retail Experience: At least 1 year of retail experience preferred.
