Assistant Restaurant Manager, The Wild Rabbit Location: Kingham, Cotswolds Salary: £43,500 per annum OTE* Hours: 48 hours per week (including evenings and weekends) About The Role We’re looking for an inspiring, detail-driven Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our leadership team and play a vital role in the continued success of one of the Cotswolds’ most respected dining destinations. Working Alongside The Restaurant Manager, You’ll Lead, coach and motivate our talented team Drive service excellence and operational smoothness Ensure every guest leaves feeling genuinely valued If you’re a natural leader who thrives in a fine dining environment and takes pride in creating effortless, memorable service, we’d love to hear from you. Compensation Overview The on‑target earning potential for this role is £43,500 per annum based on a 48‑hour contract, comprising a base salary of £35,500, plus a qualified estimate of £8,000 in gratuities and service charge. Gratuities are paid on a pro‑rata basis. It is estimated that in 2025 full‑time employees can expect to receive in the region of £8,000 in addition to their annual salary.
