Civil Enforcement Officer

Role Overview We are looking for a competent and enthusiastic officer to work in our small but busy Civil Enforcement Team providing both an on and off street parking service across the district giving support and information to the local community and carrying out enforcement of relevant legislation. You will have at least one year’s previous experience of working in enforcement or a customer‑facing role. Full training will be provided to the successful candidate. You will have the ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations and work independently to carry out your duties whilst on patrol. You must hold a full driving licence and be willing to undertake training relevant to the role. You will be on a rota that covers Monday to Saturday, and there may be occasional out of hours working required. Key Information 32.625 hrs per week with an annual salary of £23,762 – £25,328 34 days holiday (including bank holidays) increasing to 38 days after 5 years (full time equivalent) Attractive Local Government Pension Scheme with at least 22% employer’s contribution Employee benefits programme including payback on medical, dental and optical expenses Continued training and development opportunities How to Apply Interested?
