REVELXP is currently looking for a delivery-minded individual to participate in the execution of custom build projects that maximize space at indoor and outdoor venues. The Production Support of Venue Solutions will have responsibilities in the execution of projects, working with hourly staff, and participation in corporate best practices. This position will report to the AVP of Venue Solutions.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Primary duties to include, but not limited to the following:

Project Planning

  1. Work with the assigned Project Manager to execute production elements/tasks for a given project
  2. Coordinate necessary vendors for project installation and removals

Project Fulfillment

  1. Act as a Working Team member for projects during construction in the field.
  2. Participate in pull and pack of equipment for specific projects at our Birmingham warehouse
  3. Participate in installation and removal of projects in a safe and timely manner
  4. Project Close-Outs: post event reports and review with the Project Manager
  5. Ensure REVELxp standards are met and exceeded with respect to safety and treatment of clients and team members

Equipment Management and Maintenance

  1. Ensure equipment is installed and in good working order per the project requirements
  2. Audit condition of equipment once a project is complete to evaluate any maintenance needs

Travel Requirements

  1. This position will require frequent travel. Potential for multiple trips per month
  2. All expenses related to work travel will be covered by REVELxp

Requirements

  1. Effective communication, organizational, and leadership skills
  2. Previous production, staging experience or construction
  3. Proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook
  4. Self-motivation that drives individual results while being a strong team player
  5. Possess a high energy, strong desire to achieve top results with a charismatic, positive "can-do" attitude
  6. Effectively communicate in verbal and written forms
  7. Ability to manage and coach various levels of team members
  8. Minimum two (2) years of applicable experience
  9. Already or willing to become heavy equipment operator certified (forklift, scissor lift, variable reach, 26' box truck and a flatbed)
  10. Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college/university or additional applicable experience beyond the minimum listed above
