Sky Sales Support Associate – Livingston Start Date: 26th January 2026Salary: £25,120 per annumSite: Sky, 1 MacIntosh Rd, Livingston EH54 7BWShifts: 37.5 hours per week (working 4 or 5 days between 8:30am – 8pm, including evenings and weekends) Join us as a Contact Centre Sales Advisor in our Livingston contact centre earning £5,120 per annum with incentives on top – you can earn an extra £900 on average by achieving targets. We operate a hybrid working pattern after training, allowing colleagues to balance office and home work. In this role, you'll work in a fast‑paced call centre handling inbound calls from existing customers considering leaving Sky. You'll actively listen to understand their needs and provide the best possible solutions, ensuring they feel heard, valued, and appreciated. What you'll do: Handle inbound calls from existing customers considering cancelling all or part of their Sky subscription. Build strong connections through engaging conversations to understand their needs, address any concerns, and ensure they are offered the most suitable package. Work in a target‑based environment. Work 37.5 hours per week, Mon‑Sun, with a set shift pattern available. Your set shift is allocated at the offer stage and preferences taken into account. When customers need us most, you'll work up to 5 extra hours per week (max 10 times per year) and bank this time to take as extra time off.
