We are on the lookout for a passionate General Manager to join our team As a General Manager, we are looking for an inspirational leader to operate our clubs. Ensuring our members have an excellent experience every day, 7 days a week. While always leading a culture of excellence, you will work alongside club support and your regional management team to share your knowledge and expertise to not only ensure ways of working, but create and implement club actions and improvement plans against key metrics. Responsibilities Lead the operation of the clubs to ensure an excellent member experience every day, seven days a week. Collaborate with club support and the regional management team to share knowledge and implement ways of working; create and implement club actions and improvement plans against key metrics. Foster an environment where teams feel a sense of belonging and can thrive physically and mentally. About You / Qualifications Is an inspirational leader with collaboration skills. Has proven experience managing a large operational service delivery facility (e.g., restaurant, attraction, retail unit, sporting or leisure facility). Experience managing a large team of employees, including Managers. Exposure to financial planning and management. A passionate about customer service.
