Salary and Hours 24 hours per week, 3 days per week £14.12 per hour We are looking for an enthusiastic candidate to join our team providing quality teaching to our students studying Early Years related qualifications. The role will support employed learners in residential childcare settings across Lincolnshire to gain the Level 3 Residential Childcare qualification. This will be assessed in the workplace through observation, professional discussion and assignments. The ideal candidate will have an Assessor Award, Level 3 Childcare qualification, experience working in early years or residential childcare setting. In addition, being able to demonstrate initiative, organisational skills, attention to detail and a flexible approach to the needs of our learners will be highly advantageous.
