You will be joining the leading firm of auditors to the charity sector committed to delivering a quality service to a high profile portfolio of clients.The role will involve working with a variety of corporate and owner managed businesses. charities and other not for profit organisations. Clients range from start-ups to well established, prestigious clients and listed clients.This is a great opportunity for anyone that is looking develop their experience. Your role will be challenging and varied and you will be encouraged to take on responsibilities and offered excellent opportunities to quickly develop and progress further within the firm.You will be responsible for the delivery of client based assignments, ensuring the team’s audit work and reporting is of high quality. This role will include leading and coaching team members as well as managing relationships with clients. The person in this role will also contribute to the success of our business unit, which will involve wider business and people development. There will be opportunity to work on advisory engagements, on both our audit and non-audit clients.The role requirementsACA/ACCA/CA qualification essentialSignificant auditing and accounting experience (ideally UKGAAP)Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially ExcelA passion for client serviceDisplay energy and enthusiasm and a focus on achieving resultsA keenness to further your own personal development and career goalsYour people responsibilitiesDemonstrating personal commitment to work and team success; showing positive attitude and enthusiasm for work and taking initiative to improve process/situations when appropriateConsistently treating colleagues with fairness and respect, helping to provide opportunities for everyone to contribute and succeedProviding and being receptive to regular and constructive feedback that improves self and others.
