We provide:The opportunity to have real impact with operational experience in a start-up where your work and results are tangible.Inspiration and guidance from a high performing team, including the CEO and founder.Unlimited growth potential within the company, with a track record of internal promotions.Travel opportunities to join our conferences overseas.Invaluable transferable skills through experience and training (interpersonal, research, organisation, outreach and project management).Your ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities in this role will vary but are mostly centered around:Identify, maintain and develop long-standing relationships with institutional investors who can benefit from our product and network.Facilitate 1:1 meetings with relevant fund managers to align with LP investment strategies.Support the team to deliver exclusive products such as roundtables, panel sessions, and VIP receptions, which may require engaging beyond the usual definition of institutional investors (e.g., GPs).What the future holds with our companyWhether you are with us for 2 years or 10+, this position lays the foundation for a very successful career. We believe in internal promotions and have a track record of internal advancement; approximately 45% of our people move into PE/Venture or M&A roles.What we expect from youWe do not require specific previous work experience as training is provided; we welcome candidates at different levels of experience.
