We have a fantastic opportunity within our SET CAMHS Team (part of Targeted and System support services Essex) for an Emotional Wellbeing Practitioner. Full time and part time hours are available within the hours of 8am till 8pm and you must be able to be flexible from Monday to Friday with occasional Saturday work.Main duties of the jobMain ResponsibilitiesHold a caseload of clients, delivering goal-based interventions to support their wellbeingTo prevent more serious mental health problems in children and young people by early identification of the development of mental health problems in children and young peoplePlan, deliver and review individual and group therapeutic interventions for specific patients.To routinely measure clinical outcomes and deliver evidence-based clinical intervention.Providing a direct service to children and young people and their families, in an accessible and less stigmatising environment, based on the best available research evidence, within clinical governanceOversee the development of Wellbeing Coaches and other practitioners within the serviceAbout usAbout the CompanyWe change lives by transforming health and care.Established in 2006, we are one of the UKs leading independent providers of community health and care services, working with health and care commissioners and communities to transform services with a focus on experience, efficiency and improved outcomes.
