Job Title: Legionella Risk Assessor / Consultant Location: Dartford, Kent. Salary / Benefits: £24k – £40k + Training + Benefits Future Select are specialist recruiters within the Legionella / Water Hygiene industry and we are working closely with a nationally recognised Legionella Management company. They are now seeking a Legionella Risk Assessor / Consultant to join their team in the South East. You will be covering Healthcare, Industrial, Retail and Commercial sites carrying out Legionella Risk Assessments on hot and cold‑water systems and liaising with clients to provide excellent consultancy advice and support. Qualifications Experience working hands‑on as a Legionella Risk Assessor / Consultant for a reputable Legionella Management company. Hold industry recognised qualifications, e.g. City and Guilds / WMSoc in Legionella Risk Assessing. Excellent knowledge of HSG 274 / ACoP L8 guidelines. Comfortable working in a client‑facing role, able to produce excellent consultancy advice and support. IT literate, able to produce reports, management plans, schematic drawings and quotes. Prioritise workload in line with client and company needs. Responsibilities Work on a mixed portfolio of sites, carrying out Legionella Risk Assessments on hot and cold‑water systems. Use information gathered from sites to produce detailed risk assessment reports. Produce detailed and site‑specific schematic drawings and amend them when required. Provide clients with specific legionella management plans, liaise with them and ensure they are aware of required actions. Liaise with clients, provide excellent consultancy and technical advice, and deal with any queries in a timely manner. Work in line with HSG 274 / ACoP L8 guidelines.
