HR Administrator Location: Stoke Mandeville, Buckinghamshire (HP21) Salary: £26,000 – £28,000 per annum Hours: Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week Are you an organised and detail‑oriented professional looking to develop your career in HR? We have an exciting opportunity for an HR Administrator to join our team at Stoke Mandeville Hospital. About The Role As an HR Administrator, you will provide efficient and accurate HR support to managers and employees across the contract. You’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth HR processes, from recruitment and onboarding to absence management and compliance checks. Key Responsibilities Deliver high-quality HR administration and meet deadlines. Support managers with employee relations processes, including note‑taking at meetings. Maintain accurate records for right-to-work, DBS, and occupational health checks. Manage HR systems for starters, leavers, probation, and casual staff. Prepare HR reports and assist with audits. Provide administrative support for Learning & Development and ad‑hoc HR projects. What We’re Looking For Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within HR. Strong IT skills and attention to detail. Ability to prioritise workload and work under pressure. Excellent organisational skills and confidentiality. Resilience and a proactive approach. Desirable Knowledge of Agenda for Change terms and conditions. Understanding of employee relations issues. Interest in developing a career in HR. Why Join Us?
