This could be a job for you. Overview You will be joining the DLC team at a time of expansion and opportunity. The role is Term Time only, 39 weeks per year. Responsibilities Build and maintain secure and positive relationships with students and staff. Support the best outcomes for students aged 5–16 in a child‑centred, Trauma and Mental Health Informed environment. Work hard to respond to the daily challenges of school life and support student wellbeing. Qualifications Dynamic, creative and resilient with experience or a passion for working with young people. Prepared to work hard and respond to school life challenges. A good understanding of building positive relationships within an educational setting.
