This role is all about solving problems supporting users and making sure our systems work as they should. You’ll work with teams across the business and play a key part in improving how we support the tools people rely on every day.You’ll receive a competitive salary a performance related bonus and a range of benefits to support you across your financial physical and mental wellbeing.This is some of what you can expect to be doingResponding to service desk tickets and resolving application issuesSupporting users with tools like Salesforce ServiceNow and NetSuiteManaging admin access requests and ensuring secure permissionsWorking with other teams to fix complex problemsCreating documentation and training materials for usersSug gesting improvements to systems and support processesWhat you’ll bring to the roleYou’ll have experience supporting business applications and solving technical issues in a fast-paced environment You’ll also have :Strong understanding of application support and incident managementExperience with ticketing systems and troubleshooting workflowsKnowledge of access controls and admin permissionsGreat communication and problem-solving skillsAbility to work with different teams and explain technical issues clearlyITIL Specialist certification (essential)Diversity Inclusion & BelongingWe’re a Times Top 50 Employer for Gender Equality.
