We're looking for a General Manager for a beautiful, historic pub in Balsall Common. It features a large restaurant area with a small cosy bar area too, two real log fires and a traditional pizza oven in the restaurant area. Located in the heart of Balsall Common, the pub has a good locals/regular trade and also benefits from being a destination, food-led business with a strong local reputation. There is a full senior team in place so the pub is set up ready for an experienced, food-driven General Manager to hit the ground running. Currently the pub is delivering weekly sales of around £29,000 split 70/30 (food led). There is scope to grow sales further by cultivating links with the local community and introducing new ways of bringing them in.
