A chance to build your experience and expand your skills across different classroom settings (EYFS, Key Stage 1, Key Stage 2) Competitive pay and weekly payment options (depending on assignment) You'll have: Previous experience in a classroom or school setting (TA/support role, helping small groups, 1:1 support, or classroom cover) Strong communication and interpersonal skills - able to support pupils, staff and adapt to different teams Flexibility and a professional attitude - responding to different school routines, age ranges and learning needs A good level of organisational and behavioural management skills - able to assist the teacher, support learning and maintain order Willingness to undertake induction or training via Tradewind to refresh or enhance your TA skills Ideal candidate: You're someone who enjoys working with children, is adaptable and ready to join a team and step into new schools when needed. You may appreciate the variety of daily cover or you may prefer settling into one school long-term, with the potential for a permanent move if that feels right.
