About the role We are looking for someone who has a great deal of passion in supporting people with Learning Disabilities, Autism, mental health and physical Disabilities with complex health needs, or experience in supporting people with behaviours that may challenge. Our approach is underpinned by Positive Behaviour Support. Positive Behaviour Support is an approach mostly used to support people with learning disabilities whose behaviours challenge others.
