The school has a strong community ethos and is committed to helping every student make progress, both academically and personally. Key Responsibilities Provide tailored 1:1 and small-group support for students with additional needs Lead and support Level 1 Teaching Assistants, offering guidance where required Deliver targeted interventions and small-group sessions with confidence Adapt classroom tasks and resources so that all pupils can access learning Encourage positive behaviour, consistency and emotional wellbeing Who We're Looking For - Level 2 TA We welcome candidates with a range of backgrounds. This role would suit: An experienced Teaching Assistant ready to take on additional responsibility Someone with a specialism or strong skillset (e.g., English, Maths, science, sports, creative subjects) who is confident supporting learning You will need to: Lead Level 1 TAs confidently and support day‑to‑day organisation Deliver structured 1:1 and small‑group interventions Build positive relationships with young people Work calmly, proactively and professionally across the school Why Apply?
