We're looking for a Junior IT/OT Convergence Engineer to join our dynamic team and help shape the future of industrial digital transformation.Key responsibilitiesAssisting in the design and implementation of solutions involving platforms such as 3DEXPERIENCE.Supporting the development of Digital Twin and IoT-based applications.Contributing to the design and implementation of data models for contextualising industrial data.Collaborating with data engineers to collect, transform, and structure data from OT systems.Developing dashboards and visualisations to support operational decision-making.Writing and maintaining scripts in Python (or similar languages) for data processing and automation.Your ProfileBasic understanding of IoT technologies and industrial data flows.Familiarity with Digital Twin concepts and applications.Exposure to data modelling and data engineering practices.Experience with data visualisation tools (e.g., Power BI, Grafana, Tableau).Programming knowledge in Python (or similar).Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a willingness to learn.If you're excited about this role but don't meet every requirement, we still encourage you to apply, your unique experience could be just what we need.What you'll love about working hereOpen access to digital learning platformsActive employee networks promoting diversity, equity and inclusion like OutFront, CapAbility or Women@CapgeminiExposure to top global companies working with Capgemini (145 of the Fortune 500 companies)Need to knowAll roles will require a level of security clearance; BPSS OR Security Clearance OR Developed Vetting.You can bring your whole self to work.
