Camlin operates in over 20 countries worldwide.Project Manager - NPIPurposeAt Camlin, the Project Manager NPI drives the successful delivery of software solutions that help engineer better futures, by providing governance, aligning cross-functional teams, managing schedules and resources, and ensuring projects meet quality standards, business goals, and customer needs.As Project Manager NPI your responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following :ResponsibilitiesProject planning & scheduling - Defining overarching schedule, milestones, and capacity plan.Stakeholder communication - Clear, timely updates and managing expectations.Team leadership - Managing and motivating the assigned project team.Risk management - Identifying, assessing, and mitigating project risks associated with cost, scope and time.Process Knowledge & Governance - Understand and contribute towards building stable software development processes and methodologies.
