What you’ll get : £15 – £18 OTE (based on pay-by-parcel rate) £100 learning payment after 10 service days Route optimisation – less time driving around, more time earning Your Pay Explained : £15–£18 OTE is based on a competitive and realistic rate per parcel (piece-rate) and is regularly exceeded by couriers once ‘up to speed’. Your hourly earnings are driven by volume and efficiency, and we offer a £100 learning payment to support you as you get to grips with the role. The more you deliver, the more you earn.
