You will be instrumental in promoting engagement, reporting, and education throughout the organisation.Key AccountabilitiesESG ResponsibilitiesMaintain and oversee the ESG strategy and action plansMonitor and report ESG performance (Net Zero, Scope 1/2/3 emissions, UN SDGs)Facilitate ESG collaboration among internal teams, customers, and regulatory bodiesManage ESG communications, SharePoint, and Exchange pageMaintain relationships with ESG partners, charities, and community groupsOversee CSR-A accreditation and identify benchmarking opportunitiesAssist procurement and supply chain with knowledge in ESG practices.HSE ResponsibilitiesEnsure statutory compliance with H&S legislation and environmental regulationsConduct audits, risk assessments, and incident investigationsMaintain HSE policies, procedures, and documentationDeliver HSE training and inductions, including remote working supportManage Display Screen Equipment (DSE) assessments and wellbeing initiativesSupport emergency response and ISO standards applicationChair HSE forums and contribute to HSE strategy development.Qualifications, Skills and ExperienceESG qualification and experience in CSR/ESG rolesNEBOSH, IOSH, IEMA or equivalent HSE qualificationsComprehensive understanding of ESG benchmarks and H&S legislationExperience in stakeholder engagement, reporting, and policy developmentKnowledge of environmental impact reporting and fire safety systemsFirst aid certification and mental health first aider trainingProficient analytical and reporting skillsEffective communication and stakeholder managementProject management and organisational skillsAbility to communicate effectively at all levels, including Board and ExecutiveHigh integrity and professionalismA deep interest in promoting sustainability, safety, and positive social changeAt Pay.UK, we value diversity and inclusivity.
