We’re looking for a driven, entrepreneurial spirit who isn’t afraid to think outside the box In this cross-functional role, you will report directly to the Head of Marketing and Digital Communication and work closely with various colleagues and departments.The ideal candidate has solid experience or is a dynamic self-starter with excellent communication and problem-solving skills, the ability to think strategically while remaining detail-oriented, brings simplicity to complex issues and has a passion for working in a fast-growing environment.ResponsibilitiesYou will be responsible for the company’s marketing strategy in the UKYour main tasks are to define and implement a marketing strategy which impact sales and brand growth, monitor competition and support the expansion of our service in new locationsYou monitor and improve digital marketing campaigns with the help of internal experts and best in class digital marketing agenciesYou support the local teams with marketing materialsYou set up and participate to local eventsYou conceive and support local partnerships with visuals and marketing collateralsYou ensure a good and correct presence of the brand in the marketYou create regular reports about evolution and impact of the marketing initiativesQualificationsA demonstrated experience in Marketing of 3 - 5 years at leastWorking permit in the UKYou have a solution-oriented work style to feel comfortable in a fast-growing work environment.Basic knowledge of main digital marketing techniques and tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Mailchimp, Facebook Business Manager etc.Ideally, some basic knowledge of graphic design (photoshop, Illustrator & Canva)Positive attitude and excellent interpersonal and communication (both written and verbal) skillsExceptional organizational skillsA result-driven mindsetYou are a native English speaker.Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Ready to take on this challenge and have a good time doing it?Let’s make great things happen togetherSee you soon, MatteoFlibco.com is an equal opportunity employer.
