You'll be able to select suppliers through qualification processes, you'll own supplier results while driving improvements utilizing supplier scorecards.Job DescriptionRoles and ResponsibilitiesThis opportunity includes both Supplier Quality Assurance and Supplier Quality Development responsibilities.The role will cover supplier qualifications, action plans, audits, performance monitoring, and assisting key suppliers towards industrial standards of excellence.Broadening knowledge of theories, practices and procedures in your own discipline in order to execute functional policy/strategy.You'll establish extensive understanding of key business drivers and be able to use this understanding to accomplish your goals and objectives, developing and improving supplier monitoring key performance indicators.The will be some autonomy to make decisions within a defined framework.Resolves issues in situations that require good knowledge and judgment within established procedures.Working within a complex team environment to AS9100 and regulatory standards.Required QualificationsExperience in the Sourcing & Supplier Quality Engineering space is an essential requirement for this opportunity.This position requires excellent interpersonal skills.
