What You’ll Be Doing Managing the full BMS project lifecycle from design through to commissioning and handover Overseeing subcontractors, suppliers, and internal delivery teams Ensuring the Schneider system is implemented effectively and in line with project requirements Managing programme, cost, quality, and technical deliverables Working closely with stakeholders across the wider project team Driving readiness for key milestones, witness testing, and final sign‑off What We’re Looking For Strong experience managing BMS projects (ideally on large, complex schemes) Hands‑on capability with either Schneider systems, Tridium, Trend, etc. Proven ability to take ownership of programme, delivery, and technical coordination Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Experience on major construction, healthcare, education, or campus developments is a bonus About Us CHT is one of the UK’s most advanced and innovative engineering and business services specialists.
