Are you passionate about harnessing cutting-edge AI to make a real difference in mental healthcare? At ieso Digital Health, we're on a mission to revolutionise patient care through advanced AI techniques, natural language processing (NLP), and deep learning.

We're seeking a Senior AI Scientist to design and implement innovative solutions that directly impact mental health treatment.

What You'll Do:
  1. Develop and deploy state-of-the-art NLP and ML models to improve mental health treatments.
  2. Conduct experiments and proof-of-concept studies to validate technical approaches.
  3. Stay ahead of the latest advancements in AI and bring innovation to life in real-world applications.
  4. Present your work internally and collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams.
  5. Support and guide junior researchers and interns.
What We're Looking For:
  1. PhD in AI, Computer Science, Maths, Physics, or a related field.
  2. Experience as an effective researcher in academia or industry.
  3. Strong programming skills (Python, Java, or Scala).
  4. Expertise in machine learning and NLP, including deep learning applications.
  5. Agile mindset with a problem-solving approach and a passion for getting things done.
Bonus Points For:
  1. Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar frameworks.
  2. Background in question-answering or speech systems.
