We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced PET-CT Clinical lead to join our teamThis role would be suited to an existing service lead or experienced Senior PET-CT Radiographer looking to move into a clinical lead role, who can demonstrate that they have developed transferable skills that are aligned to the requirements of this role.You will be working with a dedicated team of Senior Radiographers/Radiographers, Assistant Practitioners, HCAs, and administrative staff.As a Clinical lead you will work in close partnership with Centre manager we are aligned in every aspect of the service.Please note that we will be interviewing throughout the duration of this advert. Therefore, if you are interested in this role an early application is advised as we may close the advert prior to the advertised date.Main duties of the jobYou will be responsible for the day to day running of the PET-CT service and be actively involved in rota planning, performance reviews, site/service meetings, audit, investigations and protocol optimisation and management. Our approach has delivered consistent company growth for more than 30 years.We live by our company values to ensure the highest level of patient care.Job responsibilitiesSkills And ExperienceAs a successful candidate you must be able to demonstrate that you have:Compliance and Qualifications:Highly developed specialist knowledge of area of expertise, underpinned by theoretical and practical experienceAwareness of, and compliance with Alliance Medical Policies and Procedures, Radiation Regulations (IRMER, IRR 99 and EPR 2010) if modality requires this, CQC requirements and Health and Safety legislationAwareness of, and compliance with Data Protection and Patient confidentialityUndertake initial and refresher mandatory training to ensure compliance at all timesExperience:BSc/DCR in Diagnostic RadiographyMinimum of 5 years experience in on site modality/ working with both inpatients and out patient demands.Post Grad training in specialised field of MRI/CT an advantageIV Cannulation CertificateEvidence of extra responsibilitiesMust be IT literateEnhanced DBS clearance requiredPerson SpecificationQualificationsMust be UK HCPC RegisteredDisclosure and Barring Service CheckThis post is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (Exceptions Order) 1975 and as such it will be necessary for a submission for Disclosure to be made to the Disclosure and Barring Service (formerly known as CRB) to check for any previous criminal convictions. #J-18808-Ljbffr
