What you'll do Friendly and thoughtful service – you’ll put customers first in everything you do: responding to queries, championing Co-op products and Membership, working in our in-store bakery and doing all you can to deliver a great shopping experience. Work together to make everyone's day better – supporting your store colleagues to solve problems for customers and members. Make sure the store safe and legal – keep the shelves stocked and make sure prices, dates, and temperatures are all as they should be. Help introduce new products and services – make changes feel natural, sharing experiences with your colleagues so everyone learns together.
