This is an exciting opportunity to support the management of our newly renovated Behaviour Centre and play a key role in promoting a positive and inclusive school environment. The successful candidate will work closely with students, staff, and families to implement behaviour systems and interventions that foster resilience, emotional intelligence, and academic success.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the Deputy Headteacher in implementing the school’s behaviour policy.Help coordinate the centralised detention system.Assist in the daily operations of the Internal Exclusion Room.Monitor and analyse behaviour data using Class Charts.Provide in-class support to students and teachers.Collaborate with the Behaviour and Pastoral Teams to support student wellbeing.Attend relevant team meetings and liaise with parents/carers as needed.Desirable Qualifications and SkillsGCSE or equivalent in English and Maths.Experience working with children with emotional, behavioural, or social difficulties.Prior experience in an educational setting.Strong data interpretation and presentation skills.Excellent organisational and administrative abilities.Confident ICT user.Empathetic, self-motivated, and resilient under pressure.To arrange a visit or for further information, please contact the school at info@aldridgeschool.org.uk or call 01922 743988 ext 2224.
