Senior Software Engineer

The job at a glance Join our team and youll be responsible for developing back-end features (.NET) for our CV generator and apply journey supporting key initiatives that help users create CVs and connect with recruiters. Working in the Donut Raptors department you will write well-tested scalable code for products that allow users to generate CV documents and process job applications across all our brands. This is so important to us. By joining our team you will be playing a vital role as together we reimagine the labour market to make it work for everybody. Your responsibilities Develop back-end features (.NET) to support apply-related initiatives Lead technical discussions and mentor team members Write well-tested scalable and performant code Experience with DevOps (Git Bamboo Terraform) and QA collaboration for testing Knowledge of best practices in system monitoring and observability Qualifications Ability to mentor and guide junior team members Strong coding skills with a track record of delivering innovative solutions Good communication skills with a proactive approach to technical discussions and delivery Demonstrated ability to work effectively in self-sufficient and independent team environments Proficiency in Scrum methodology and experience with collaboration tools such as Jira Confluence and Slack Additional Information Were a community here that cares as much about your life outside work as how you feel when youre with us.
