To learn more about Tetra Tech International Development Europe please visit : .Main DutiesManage the successful delivery of large complex international development programmes ensuring they meet quality standards milestones budgets and client requirements.Lead and support business development by identifying opportunities managing end-to-end tender processes coordinating teams crafting tailored proposals that clearly communicate value and collaborating with partners to build competitive tenders.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients partners consultants and internal teams to support the successful delivery of programs and business growth.Contribute to the wider Economic Growth and Infrastructure Practice by sharing knowledge and mentoring junior colleagues.Willing and able to travel internationally as required including to fragile and conflict-affected states and other company offices as required.Aptitude and skillsAn experienced early mid-career professional with demonstrable experience managing international development programmes ideally in economic growth infrastructure private sector development climate and nature energy or related sectors. Experience managing FCDO-funded programmes is highly desirable.A collaborative team player with a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset driven to identify and pursue new business opportunities. You bring a proven track record in business development including significant contributions to pipeline growth pursuit strategy and successful tender submissions ideally within FCDO-funded contexts.
