We handle a wide range of claims, from road traffic accidents to complex clinical negligence and employer and public liability matters.The RoleWe are looking for a motivated and ambitious Personal Injury Solicitor with 0-3 years' PQE to join our growing team in Sale. This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside three experienced Partners, gaining hands-on experience across a broad spectrum of personal injury work.You will assist with complex, high-value cases and gradually build your own caseload, with support and supervision from senior colleagues. Typical file values will range from £25,000 to £100,000.Key ResponsibilitiesManage a developing caseload of personal injury claims, including : Road Traffic Accidents (RTA), Employer's Liability and Public Liability (ELPL) & Clinical NegligenceAssist Partners with more complex and high-value matters.Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, witness statements, and correspondence.Liaise with clients, counsel, medical experts, and insurers.Ensure compliance with court deadlines, procedural rules, and internal risk protocols.Maintain high standards of client care and communication throughout the claims process.About YouQualified Solicitor (NQ-3 years PQE) in England & Wales.Experience in a range of personal injury matters, ideally including clinical negligence, RTA, and EL / PL claims.Strong drafting, analytical, and negotiation skills.Excellent communication and client-handling abilities.A proactive, organised, and collaborative approach to work.A genuine interest in developing a long-term career in personal injury law.What We OfferA supportive and inclusive team environmentDirect mentorship from experienced Partners.Clear career progression and development opportunities.Competitive salary, bonus and benefits package.Hybrid working optionsReady to take the next step?
