This role leads the Birmingham Clinic, inspiring a team, driving sales, and ensuring top‑tier client experiences while maintaining the highest standards of treatments and customer service. Key Responsibilities Proven experience in operations with a focus on driving sales. Customers are at the forefront of everything we do, ensuring all team members deliver a 5‑star service and all times. Ensuring all procedures and policies are followed as set by Thérapie Clinic. Weekly 1‑2‑1 meetings with team members. Completing weekly reporting across operations and commercial targets. Employee relations including probation management, disciplinary and grievance management. Staff rostering and annual leave management. Ad hoc duties as required. Qualifications & Skills Management or supervision experience. Organisational and attention to detail skills. Mentoring. Customer service experience.
