This role has been assessed for smart working, which may include a £250 annual remote working allowance. To be shortlisted candidates need to provide evidence of the following as a minimum: Level six qualification (e.g. bachelor’s degree) or above and 3 years’ experience* within the last 8 years OR 5 years’ relevant experience* within the last 8 years (*as a key development person, preferably with a HA, NIHE, local authority, HSC Trust, Developer or similar) Project management experience with ability to meet targets. Demonstrable knowledge and experience of all aspects of property development including complexities. Computer literate with experience of spreadsheets, constructing budgets and cost forecasts. Demonstrable communication and presentation skills with the ability to read drawings and appraise and comment on same. A current full driving licence and access to a suitable form of transport* (*where an applicant indicates that a disability prohibits them from driving, this criterion will be waived at the shortlisting stage.
