The Role: Vehicle Collection and Delivery Driver As a Customer Service Driver, you will be responsible for: Collecting damaged vehicles from customers' homes or workplaces and delivering them to the repair centre. The role involves checking cars in / out with Customers, taking videos and images, completing paperwork and general vehicle movements on site when required. Returning repaired vehicles to customers once work is completed. Providing a professional, friendly, and reassuring service to every customer, ensuring their experience is positive from start to finish. You must have similar experience as you will need to ensure accuracy when taking images of the vehicles and recording damage prior to collecting the vehicle. You will be required to take images of the vehicle upon receipt, and get it signed off with the customer. Conducting basic vehicle checks prior to collection and delivery. Completing all required paperwork and maintaining accurate records. Representing the company in a professional manner at all times.
