Talk to us about how we can best support you As a Junior Product Lead you will help to develop innovation in OEB (Own Exclusive Brand) to be more agile in new product development and be more impactful on performance. Responsibilities Use insight to create and maintain an exciting and competitive Category OEB range Understand the potential additions to the banners 'ask', to take the OEB range to the full potential Have full visibility of Banners full ranges for insight purposes Project manage all selected OEB projects/ranges from concept through to delivery Lead a cross‑functional expert team (designers, engineers, quality, brand, packaging etc.) across OEB Range development and validation Lead on identifying NPD, input into eligibility criteria, selling data, comms brief and product validation Identify commercial potential for the OEB range by analysing relevant data for trends and insights Identify requirements for OEB product development projects by using the Business Category direction and all the customer insights gained Share responsibility for the sales and margin performance of the OEB products within the range Own ongoing performance review of OEB products and manage remedial actions with Banner’s to support overall range performance Core Behaviours Be Customer Focused – constantly improving our customers’ experience I listen to my customers I use available data to help make decisions Be Human – acting with humanity and care I do the right thing Be Curious – thrive on learning, thinking beyond the obvious I build and share new ideas I try new things and share my learnings Be Agile – working with trust, pace and agility I have courage to be creative Done is better than perfect, I aim for 80/20 Be Inclusive – acting inclusively in diverse teams to work together I embrace allyship I have self‑awareness and a desire to learn Be Accountable – championing the plan to deliver results and growth I own my actions I understand the Kingfisher plan and how it relates to my role What We Offer At Kingfisher, we value the perspectives that any new team members bring, and we want to hear from you.
