Sales Consultant – Product Consultant (Arnold Clark, Northwich) Join the Arnold Clark Vauxhall branch in Northwich as a Product Consultant – a sales‑focused role that blends excellent customer service with the excitement of car sales. What’s the job? As a Product Consultant, you’ll guide customers from their first visit through the entire process of purchasing and aftersales support. Your focus will be on matching customers with the right car, delivering outstanding service, and building lasting relationships. Responsibilities Help customers find the right car based on their needs. Deliver outstanding, 5‑star service – go the extra mile for every customer. Build and maintain lasting relationships throughout the sales process. Sell finance and servicing packages with integrity and professionalism. Co‑ordinate vehicle order and delivery, ensuring smooth operations. Meet monthly sales and customer‑experience standards. Work with the team to meet deadlines and keep promises. Stay in touch with customers to offer a great aftersales experience. The Skills & Qualities You Need Fantastic communication, organisational and people skills. High energy and enthusiasm. Attention to detail and strong organisational habits. Desire for a lasting, fulfilling career. Full driving licence held for at least one year. Benefits £25,500 (no car) / £23,500 (with company car).
