This is a technical leadership role held by a highly experienced software developer. With an influence across the department, their primary objective is to deliver engineering excellence, improving the standards of others and the product itself.The Principal Engineer is the pinnacle of technical influence within the engineering organisation, setting the technical vision and driving long-term strategies for product and platform development. This role goes beyond individual projects, impacting the engineering organisation by establishing best practices, defining architectural standards, and championing innovation. As a Principal Engineer, you are not only a master of technical skills but also a mentor, thought leader, and visionary for the company’s future technology landscape.The successful candidate should have a demonstrable track record delivering cloud-based software products to the market.
