Stroke TIA Data Coordinator The closing date is 14 December 2025 We are seeking a motivated and highly organised individual to join the Neurosciences Directorate as the data coordinator for stroke and TIA services. You will be responsible for inputting and managing Stroke data on behalf of the department. This includes managing the SSNAP database and capturing the metrics for TIA patients to help support the service to report on key national stroke metrics. They will help produce data performance reports and work closely with the neurosciences operational team and the wider stroke MDT. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has an interest in data analysis and who enjoys working in a fast‑paced environment. Main duties of the job Responsible for data collection and entry onto the thrombectomy and stroke databases. They will liaise with admin and clinical teams to collect the information regarding stroke patients, produce reports and provide administrative support of a high standard. Take responsibility for liaising with various teams to ensure CUH has a data‑led overview of the demands on the stroke and thrombectomy service. Lead and minute weekly thematic review of stroke performance breaches. Support with pulling required information in a timely fashion for various stroke and thrombectomy meetings and reports as directed by the CUH team. Key data link for the J&J / CUH transformation project. Support the Mechanical Thrombectomy monthly Governance Meetings. Assist with the implementation of agreements with local Trusts for the repatriation of patients. Cross‑cover with the thrombectomy Data Coordinator.
