Job Description Were looking for a driven Product Solutions Advisor to join our clients team based near Keele Youll be the first point of contact for incoming enquiries from customers, reviewing their requirements and recommending the most suitable solutions from a range of products.Are you the right applicant for this opportunity Find out by reading through the role overview below.Youll prepare quotations and tenders, ensuring solutions are fit-for-purpose, compliant, and cost-effective.This role is ideal for someone with strong problem-solving abilities and a technical interest, ideally from a technical support, applications support, or product support background.*Full-Time, Permanent *Excellent career progression opportunities *Training provided What youll be doing Act as the first point of contact for incoming enquiries Assess customer requirements and recommend the most suitable product solutions Prepare and deliver quotations, tenders, and product advice Ensure accuracy and compliance in all proposals and documentation Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery Maintain and update records in CRM and other internal systems Hours Monday-Friday 8:30am-4:30pm (flexible) *Option to work hours over 4 days* Pay £27,500- £30,000 per annum (depending on experience) Yearly Bonuses Skills/Experience Required A valid UK driving licence Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities Good mathematical skills and attention to detail Ability to prepare quotations and tenders Excellent organisational and communication skills Computer literate (Word, Excel, Outlook, CRM systems) Self-motivated with a proactive approach Benefits Company pension (after 3 years company fund employee contribution) Flexible working hours (option to work over 4 days) 30 days holiday (including bank holidays), rising to 33 after 1 year Annual performance-related bonus Private healthcare, critical illness & death in service cover Ongoing training & career progression opportunities Modern working environment Day shifts no weekends Free on-site parking Growing, long-established business Essential All applicants must have the legal right to work in the UK (sponsorship not provided).All applicants must be able to commute to Keele.What to do next If youre interested in this role, please apply and we will be in touch xsabvtc Modus Personnel are acting as an employment agency on behalf of our client.
