You’ll design, implement, and maintain integration solutions that power our business operations, leveraging your expertise in both traditional EDI standards and modern API integrations. If you’re passionate about optimizing data exchange, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving operational excellence, this is the perfect opportunity to make a real impact.**Your Impact:*** Develop and maintain mapping, workflows, and integrations to facilitate secure and efficient data exchange with external trading partners* Design and develop APIs to support EDI processes for orders, invoices, shipments, and related documents* Translate business requirements into technical integration specifications using APIs, JSON, XML, and other data formats* Ensure compliance with security standards, authentication protocols (OAuth2, JWT), and data governance policies* Manage and support integrations across Order Management Systems (OMS), ERP, and external partner systems* Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to gather requirements and ensure compliance with API standards* Monitor and troubleshoot EDI/API transactions, resolving errors to ensure smooth information flow* Create and maintain documentation for EDI processes, API specifications, and trading partner profiles* Coordinate onboarding of new partners, manage integration testing, and resolve data exchange issues* Stay current with industry trends in EDI protocols and recommend improvements for operational efficiency* Provide training and support to internal users on EDI/API processes and best practices* Conduct regular audits and quality checks to ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance* Assist in managing EDI projects, including upgrades, implementations, and enhancements**COME AS YOU ARE**We celebrate diversity of your background, your experiences, and your unique identity.
