Head Therapist

The role The role… We have a superb opportunity for a Head Spa Therapist with a passion to deliver consistent exceptional service who wishes to develop their career within a progressive company. This role involves supervising and leading a team of therapist on shifts. Supervisory experience is preferred. Ideally, you will be NVQ Level 2 & 3 qualified and TEMPLE SPA and ELEMIS training and experience would be a distinct advantage. As Head Spa Therapist you will be required to carry out a variety of treatments including massage, you will be knowledgeable, friendly and committed to ensuring that every guest's visit to the Spa is one to remember. You’ll consult each client to fully understand their personal needs and be committed to delivering high quality, exceptional treatments. You’ll also be supporting your manager to maximise revenue through careful diary management and proactive selling. Advantage of reception experience and willing to do reception shifts as and when required.
