Rate: £90–£110 per day Contract: Permanent, term-time Location: Burgess Hill Responsibilities Provide classroom support to pupils with SEN (cognition & learning, ASC, SEMH) Implement and monitor Education, Health & Care Plans (EHCPs) Adapt and prepare differentiated learning resources Support pupils with social skills, independent living, communication, and behaviour Attend and contribute to review meetings, safeguarding meetings, and multi-agency team work Mentor pupils during unstructured times (play, break, social interaction) Maintain records of pupil progress, behaviour, and intervention outcomes Requirements / Advantages Driving licence an advantage for working across nearby schools Enhanced Child-Only DBS required or willingness to apply Experience working in SEN settings is beneficial Why Apply Stable role with progression opportunities and a chance to be part of a dedicated, long-term specialist team.
